Welcome to my blog! I created SuccessFULL shortly after coming to the realization that it’s not customer acquisition that leads to company success, it’s what happens after that initial acquisition that is far more important.

Customer retention and customer success should be of utmost importance to any and all companies – without happy customers, what do you have to show for your work?

This blog allows me to share articles, generate discussions, and spread my personal insight on customer success. I didn’t start this blog to simply broadcast my opinions. I started SuccessFULL to create a forum in which productive dialogue about customer success is welcomed and encouraged.
