Gainsight did what many were not expecting. During this year’s Pulse conference, one of the world’s premier customer success conferences, the audience had a huge surprise in store when the first keynote speaker came on stage.

 
To answer some of the toughest questions that CSMs face today – such as what customer success even means or why efficient onboarding is important, Gainsight decided to use an on stage musical parody of some Disney’s most popular movies. Take a look and have a laugh for yourself!

 

 

No doubt Gainsight did an excellent job for entertaining its audience, but they also did an amazing job distilling and explaining the essence of customer success in an easy digestible, relatable, and extremely memorable way.
